Almerita è un brut spumantizzato con metodo classico, interamente artigianale. Voluto nel 90 per gli amici del Conte Giuseppe è oggi un millesimato siciliano molto apprezzato. Il tasso di variabilità che si registra di annata in annata, a dimostrazione del carattere. Il perlage è fine e continuo, al palato si avverte una delicata cremosità.
